Use for gumbo, acai bowls, slushes, or soft serve. Disposable and biodegradable, but strong enough to use multiple times. Does not work well with hard-pack ice cream or harder foods, tends to fold or break. These spoons are made with bamboo fiber and plant starch and are backyard compostable. Other "biodegradable" or "eco-friendly" materials may require high-temperature ovens or special conditions to break down.
